From Audience Members:

“Bravo, Bravissimo to you and your curatorial team for bringing the latest play, Gidion's Knot, to the stage…Some of us will tell you, the imperative is entertaining the audience, some will say make them feel, think, a myriad of emotions or explore works about the human condition, all are good reasons for programming.  But sometimes, you got to hold up a mirror to show our uncomfortable spots…It's not everyone's cup of tea, but it was hugely well written, the company gave us a virtuoso performance, and it addressed one of the more important topics of our times.  It took courage.  I know I've been a programmer of music for over 35 years…Sometimes, we must remember and remind our circle that the imperative of a cultural organization is to LEAD the thinking. You and well chosen team did that…Thank you for taking your audience seriously.”  —Asadour S.

“I feel compelled to spread the word about this production, which is stunning and outstanding in every aspect of Theatre Art, which I could say about almost every production of Rogue Theater Company. I come away from every production convinced that theatre is the most all encompassing Art Form.  These two women have so convincingly embodied their characters that I'm still contemplating the complicated Life/Death Universal puzzles/Gordian knots they so skillfully display for us. This play is way beyond "entertainment". It's a Classic, a Teaching, a Mirror.” —Dot F-S.

As an unapologetic feminist, I’m beyond thrilled that we’re producing a play featuring two strong, fiercely talented female actors, written and directed by extraordinarily accomplished women. It moves me deeply and fills me with pride. ~Artistic Director Jessica Sage
