Michael Ganio

Michael is RTC's Scenic Designer. Regionally, he has designed theater sets with Actor's Theatre of Louisville, American Player's Theatre, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Cleveland Playhouse, Denver Center Theatre Company, Ebony Repertory Theatre, Geffen Playhouse, The Intiman Theatre, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, Missouri Repertory Theatre, New Jersey Shakespeare Festival, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Portland Center Stage, Repertory Theatre of Saint Louis, Seattle Repertory Theatre, South Coast Repertory, Syracuse Stage Company, Virginia Stage Company, and Williamstown Theatre Festival. He has designed opera sets with Chicago Opera Theatre, San Jose Opera, Virginia Opera, The Mannes Camerata Opera Company, Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, and 59E59 Theaters. Michael is a graduate of The Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts, Webster University, Merimac Community College Saint Louis, and New York University. He is a member of the United Scenic Artists Local 829. Michael currently teaches design at Dartmouth College.
