OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Rogue Theater Company is dedicated to presenting thought-provoking plays that inspire, entertain, and illuminate our common humanity.

RTC is an Actors' Equity Small Professional Theater.

The staff has had equity, diversity, and inclusion training

with the Dramatists Guild of America.

Rogue Theater Company does not engage in any discrimination, harassment, or unwelcome conduct that is based on an individual’s race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion, disability, ethnicity, marital status, military status, citizenship, or immigration status.

We work with a fiscal sponsor, Northwest Alliance for Alternative Media and Education (NAAME), and can receive tax-deductible donations.   (Click on About RTC/Donate)

GIVING BACK

RTC is  dedicated to giving back to the community, and each opening benefits local non-profits.  Planned Parenthood SW Oregon, the Maslow Project, Community Works, the Almeda Fire Relief efforts, Resolve Center for Dispute Resolution and Restorative Justice, Southern Oregon Coalition for Racial Equity, and Project De La Raíz have been recipients thus far. In our 2022 season, we will support the Ashland Food Project, Friends of the Animal Shelter (FOTAS), and Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA). We’ve made the unprecedented decision to donate a portion of all our 2023 openings to Planned Parenthood, SW Oregon. We offer complimentary and discount tickets to the staff, board, and volunteers of these organizations.

Additionally, RTC offers complimentary preview tickets to theater students from Southern Oregon University and Ashland High School.
